OK! LET'S GET STARTED!
The first thing you will need to do is set up a folder on your desk top.
You will keep all of the necessary files to run your business in this folder for instant access.
Follow the instructions below.
Setting up a "My Business" folder on your desktop.

1. Right click on a bare space on your desktop.

2. Left click on New.

3. Left click on folder. (Your new folder will appear.)

4. Hit your backspace button to make a blank box. (Your cursor will be blinking there.)

5. Type in My Business.

THAT'S IT! Your folder is created. If you want to create additional folders follow the same steps.
I suggest that you create a separate folder for your safe lists. To be successful you will need LOTS OF SAFELISTS!
NOTE: If you need to rename a folder just right click on the folder and hit rename in dropdown.

SAVING ITEMS IN YOUR FOLDER.
Having instant access to all of the necessary files, and web pages that you use on a regular basis is essential.
It will expedite your daily tasks, and increase your efficiency.

 
Saving items from the internet to your
"My Business" folder.
To save items from the internet such as pertinent web sites, login pages, e-mails, attachments etc.
Follow the instructions below.

 

1. Bring up the item on your computer screen.

2. On your work bench bar find "File" and left click on it.( A drop down menu will appear.)

3. On the drop down menu left click on "Save as".(A new window will appear with a drop down menu at the top.)

4. Find "Desk Top" on the drop down menu, and left click on it. (All of the Icons and folders on your desktop
will appear in the window.)

5. Find your "My Business" folder, and left "double click" on it.(A new window will appear.)

6. This window should show your "My Business" folder in the "Save as" window. The name of the file that you are
saving will show in the "File name" box at the bottom. (If you want to rename the file just place your cursor at the
right of the file name and left click. This will hi-light the name. Now type in your new file name.)

7. Now left click the "Save" button.

THAT'S IT! This item is now in your "My Business" folder for quick, and easy access.
( To access this item open your folder and left click on the proper icon.)

 

Saving items that you have created to your
"My Business" folder.

 

You can save items that you compose or copy and edit, such as e-mail ads, classified ads, and e-mails that you
compose to send to your downline or interested prospects, to your "My Business" folder.
We suggest that you you use Microsoft "Note Pad" to compose, and edit your ads, e-mails, or any other text document.
If you need to use HTML you will need an HTML editor such as Microsoft "Word" or "Front Page" however we recommend
that you stick to plain text for now.

 
Accessing Microsoft"Note Pad" from your Desk Top.
Click on your "Start Menu". Select "Programs". Then select "Accesories". Then select "Note Pad".
